Beyonce Breaks Records With Lemonade

Queen Bey is the first female to chart 12 songs simultaneously on the USA's famous Hot 100.
The record was previously held by Taylor Swift with 11 songs, but Beyonce’s visual album Lemonade resonated so astoundingly well with buyers, it placed every single track on the chart.
Unlike 2013’s Yonce album, the “Crazy In Love” legend made each individual song available for purchase on iTunes. Last December, Justin Bieber claimed the overall record thanks to his massive comeback effort, 'Purpose'. He scored 17 songs on the chart at once.

If reports are to be believed, Beyonce’s label sent “Sorry” off to radio as the first official single of the project, and it’s likely due to its exceptional performance. Aside from buzz single “Formation,” it was the most streamed 'Lemonade' song in the U.S. with 14.2 million streams.
However, “Hold Up” was the most downloaded new song with 123,000 sales. The haunting “6 Inch” collaboration with The Weeknd was the third-most streamed song with 12.2 million and 99,000 in sales.
